End-Point

End point PCR detection Kits are the direct pathogen detection using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method. The PCR works by amplifying a segment of DNA bracketed by two inward-facing oligonucleotide primers in multiple cycles of template denaturation, primer hybridization and polymerization. Endpoint PCR can also be made semiquantitative, by running the products of the reaction on a agarose gel alongside known quantities of DNA.

Real-Time​

The DNA “VetqPCR-realtime ™” PCR kits are assays for pathogen detection based on 5 ‘nuclease technology. During PCR amplification, the probe is cleaved and the reporter dye and quencher are separated. The resulting increase in fluorescence can be detected on a range of realtime PCR platforms. The main characteristic of this type of Kit is that in one reaction tube specific detection of the pathogen is carried out, and in a second tube the detection of an internal reaction control is carried out.

The RNA “VetqPCR-realtime ™” PCR kits are assays for pathogen detection based on 5 ‘nuclease technology. These two-step kits include Reverse Transcriptase, the recombinant ribonuclease inhibitor in a formulation optimized for the generation of cDNA. After generating the cDNA, we use it as template and in a tube we perform the specific pathogen detection, while in another tube the detection of the internal control is carried out.

One-Step

One Step Bioingentech® PCR kits provide components for real-time “one-step” PCR detection in a convenient format that is compatible with standard qPCR cycle conditions. The master mix “One Universal qPCR DNA Bioingentech®” includes all the reagents for an optimized qPCR.The mixture of specific primers and probes of each pathogen are included in the kit and can be detected through different real-time PCR platforms through 5 ‘nuclease technology.
The main characteristic of this Kit and what makes it so practical is that DNA is detected in a single reaction tube for the template sample and for the internal control generating two amplification peaks that are detected by real time platform.

One Step Bioingentech® PCR kits provide components for real-time “one-step” PCR detection in a convenient format that is compatible with standard qPCR cycle conditions. The One qPCR Enzyme Mix includes Reverse Transcriptase, the recombinant ribonuclease inhibitor in an optimized formulation, also includes the DNA Taq polymerase Bioingentech® and all the reagents for an optimized qRTPCR. Also our RNA kits include an exogenous source of RNA that is incorporated during cell lysis step. The specific primers mix and probes of each pathogen are included in the kit and can be detected through different real-time PCR platforms by 5 ‘nuclease technology. The main characteristic of this type of Kit and that makes it so practical is that in a single reaction tube the reverse transcription reaction is carried out generating the cDNA and then its amplification, generating two amplification peaks corresponding to the sample and Internal control that are detected by real time platform. On the other hand, the exogenous RNA must be detected in another reaction tube, which favors the specificity of the assay.
