Description

Mycoplasma haemocanis (formerly Haemobartonella canis) is a red blood cell parasite that causes disease mainly in immunosuppressed and splenectomized dogs. Haemobartonellosis is a tick transmitted disease that affects both dogs and cats. Infected dogs suffer a wide range of symptoms, from no symptoms, dehydration, and slight anemia to fast heart rates, jaundice, and death. VetPCR M. haemocanis Detection Kit is the direct detection of Mycoplasma haemocanis on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
